Phato Zone Forest Rest House

The Fato Zone/Phato Zone: Commenced In January 2022. The Fato Zone/ Phato Zone are the tenth tourism zone operated in Ramnagar. With the entrance in Mohan Nagar Gujar Jhala of Maldhan, about just 23km away from Ramnagar. Apart from Corbett National Park & Sitabani Tiger Reserve another zone has become an option for the tourists to enjoy Tiger safari which is Fato Zone/Phato Zone. Everything is different & new here, tourists can witness new ranges, tree houses, Sightseeing & of course new elephant herbs which you might not be able to find in other zones.

Here you can find various types of wildlife like Royal Bengal Tigers, Deers, Elephants, Corridor, & different species of Birds. You’ll get to have a closure look by enjoying jeep safari. Large Human-made water reservoirs made the wildlife easy. And it’s so often to see Royal Bengal Tigers near these reservoirs. The presence of different species of birds & animals brings the beauty of nature & you’ll feel like you came back in time. And as the Fato Zone/Phato Zone is the densest In Jim Corbett National Park & also in Uttarakhand the jeep safari here provides a feeling of pleasure.

Tourists will be able to witness all this with an exciting safari within 18kms of the forest. Total of 100 Jeeps can go in a day here, 50 in the morning & 50 in the afternoon. The chances of seeing wild animals like tigers are more in Fato Zone than any other jeep safari zones as Phato Jeep Safari Zone is the largest safari zone in Jim Corbett Park in terms of area

Tourists will also get to enjoy a dreamful night in a tree house. At present, 5 tree houses are available for stay. In which there are 02 rooms in one tree house & 5 to 6 people can stay comfortably. And in total, almost 30 people can stay for a night easily. And when you’ll stay there, you’ll feel the lap of nature as you are in the middle of Jungle. Relaxing & enjoying the beauty of nature.
